| Welcome to our website! Our chosen breed is Miniature and Standard Smooth Dachshunds with the occasional Miniature Longhair. Our home is located in the middle of Michigan. Our breeding program focuses on producing exceptional quality dachshunds not only for the show ring but most importantly to be loving, healthy, and structurally sound companions. After all, our show dogs are our pets and part of our family. We strive to follow the breed standard and raise pups with beautiful temperaments that make terrific family members and functional competitors for those that choose to compete in the various events that dachshunds can excel in. All puppies are raised in our home and are well socialized. We provide a lifetime of support for the families that adopt our puppies and will always take back any dachshund that we have bred in the event he/she needs a new home, though our goal is that each puppy is placed in a lifetime home and will not need to be rehomed. Our dachshunds are naturally reared on a raw diet for the best health possible. We do give preference to families that will continue feeding their puppies raw and are always happy to give support to people just getting starting with this diet. |
| We have a limited number of puppies because we breed for ourselves first with the plan to keep something exceptional to continue with. (Check out our puppies page for info on planned future litters) Those puppies that we don't keep we sell mainly through waiting lists to families that we have thoroughly screened. Selecting loving, lifetime homes for our puppies is a priority in placing them. Please be prepared to answer questions so we feel confident that you are the type of family compatible with a dachshund. Each puppy receives a thorough health exam by our vet to confirm they are in the best of health before going home. An informative puppy care kit goes home with you, and a lifetime of support is given for you and your puppy. Pups also come with a written health guarantee. Our companion puppies are sold with limited registration on a spay/neuter agreement only!! Show quality puppies are occasionally available to established show homes. We do not sell our puppies as breeding stock only. If you don't show in any AKC events, please don't email me looking for a puppy just to breed. |
